Customer Service: FAQs

Coronavirus Updates

Updated Wednesday,  May 27, 2020

In order to better serve you, our customers, we are adjusting our hours of operation.  We will use this time to deep clean and restock our store as best as possible.

All Shoppers 6AM to Midnight

We continue to practice enhanced deep cleaning procedures for all surfaces including shopping carts.  We ask that all employee owners, customers and vendors do not enter the store if they are feeling unwell.  We also inquire with each individual employee owner, on a daily basis when they are scheduled to work, if they are feeling well.

Social Distancing

For everyone’s safety, we are encouraging social distancing by continually reminding all customers, employee owners and vendors to maintain 6 feet of distance between each other at all times.  This includes limiting the number of shoppers in the store, when necessary, and properly marking the checkout area to allow for a minimum of 6 feet between customers while they wait to checkout.

We have installed plexiglass screens at all checkouts and are additionally requiring all employee owners and vendors to wear face coverings while in our locations.  All team members have been provided with face masks for their use.

Reusable Bags

Reusable bags of all types are temporarily not allowed.  New bags will temporarily be provided at no cost.

We will not be accepting returns on products, of any type, due to over-purchase.  Please purchase only what you need. As always we will address returns where quality is an issue.

PAQ, Inc. is committed to the health and safety of our customers, employee owners and the community. We want to assure everyone that they can count on us, during this rapidly evolving coronavirus situation and always, to provide the community with quality products at affordable prices.

Our teams are closely monitoring the situation and are continuing to practice enhanced deep cleaning procedures at all of our Food 4 Less, Rancho San Miguel Markets, warehouse and Retail Support Center locations.

Due to supply shortages, all locations may be limiting items to help provide access to all customers that are in need and we are making our best effort to buy and restock merchandise as it becomes available. Suppliers are also experiencing challenges in both product supply and packaging materials.  This has led to some price increases on impacted items.  Rest assured that we are committed to providing you with the best prices possible.

To encourage social distancing, we are limiting the number of shoppers in our stores following orders issued by the Governor. Our locations are temporarily not permitting in store dining, as an added safety measure.  Our kitchens and hot delis remain open for takeout orders.

All PAQ, Inc. locations remain open to better serve the community. We welcome our most vulnerable population, seniors ages 60 and up to shop from 6AM to 7AM.

Our teams will continue to monitor the situation and make changes to our business to best serve and protect our customers, employee owners and community. Our thoughts are with everyone at this difficult time.

We would like to thank our customers and community for your patience and trust during this unprecedented time. We would also like to extend our deepest appreciation to our employee owners for their commitment to our community and to each other.  We are in this together.
