What are your store hours?

Please refer to Store Locator for store hours . Store hours maybe limited on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. All stores are closed Christmas day.

How do I find specials at my local store?

You will find savings throughout our store with our everyday low prices. For additional savings look for our Wall of Values and Temporary Price Reductions, indicated by a green tag. We also accept coupons (restrictions apply, check our Coupon Policy for details). Visit the Savings tab of our website for circulars and coupons that may be available.

How do I apply for a job?

Where can I buy a Food 4 Less gift card?

Gift Cards are available in the check stands at all of our locations and make a great gift for any occasion. Gift Cards may be purchased for any denomination from $5-$500. California State Laws regarding Gift Cards apply. To order Gift Cards in bulk please contact our Retail Support Center at 209.957.4917 for details.

Where can I use my Food 4 Less gift Card?

Please visit the Store Locator section of our website to find a Food 4 Less near you to use your gift card at. You may also use your gift card at Rancho San Miguel Markets.

Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?

Yes. Please bring in the unused portion of the product, original packaging and original receipt, at your earliest convenience. This will allow us to determine how to best resolve the issue.

What do I do if I find an error on my receipt? For example, I was charged for too many items.

Return to the store at your earliest convenience, with your receipt, and ask for a Front End Manager.

If the purchase was through Instacart, please contact them directly at Instacart Help Center.

Can I return a perishable item?

Yes. You may return your perishable item if the product does not meet quality standards. Please bring the original packaging, as much of the product as possible and the original receipt. We will do our best to ensure customer satisfaction.

Can I return Alcohol or Tobacco products?

These items may be returned at the discretion of the Store Director. Each individual situation will be assessed. California State Laws apply.

Do you need a membership to shop at Food 4 Less?

No! There is no club card and no membership needed; just everyday low prices.

Do you have electric carts available for customers with a disability, are elderly or have injuries?

Yes, each of our locations provides electric carts for our customer's convenience. These carts are available on a first come, first serve basis and can be found at the inside of the entrance area.

Can I bring my pet into the store?

Food 4 Less allows service animals inside the store, any other animal is not allowed.

Do you accept WIC and SNAP EBT as a form of payment?

Yes, Food 4 Less gladly welcomes WIC and SNAP EBT transactions as a form of payment.

How I can be added to your mailing list?

From time to time, Food 4 Less will mail out a circular packed with additional savings. If you would like to make sure you are receiving our special circulars, please register online and you will receive the circular right to your email inbox.

What is your coupon policy?

Food 4 Less gladly accepts manufacturers' coupons where all of the following apply:

Manufacturers' Coupons

• Free product coupons (except those printed from the Internet)• Buy one; get one free (BOGO) coupons• Must have “Manufacturer Coupon” printed on them• Must have a valid expiration date• Must have a scannable bar code• One coupon per item• Restrictions and requirements listed on the coupon are met. This includes but is not limited to: quantities (minimum required and maximum allowed), sizes, brand names, product variety, expiration dates, and store location• Soft drink container caps

Internet Coupons

• Must be legible• Must have “Manufacturer Coupon” printed on them• Must have a valid remit address for the manufacturer• Must have a valid expiration date• Must have a scannable bar code• Buy one, get one free (BOGO) coupons with a specified price• May not be duplicated

Guidelines and Limitations

• Food 4 Less stores do not double or triple coupons; if a coupon has been used with an item, no other coupon may be used with that item and no other item may benefit from that coupon.• Food 4 Less stores  only accept coupons for merchandise that we sell• Coupons must be presented at the time of purchase• Only one coupon per item• Item purchased must be identical to the description on the coupon (size, quantity, brand, flavor, color, etc.)• There is no limit on the number of coupons that may be used per transaction• SNAP items purchased in a SNAP transaction are ineligible for cash back• WIC items purchased in a WIC transaction are applied to the basket purchase and  may not be eligible for cash back. Refer to state-specific WIC guidelines• Food 4 Less stores have the right to reject coupons that have an altered or torn expiration date• Food 4 Less stores will not accept coupons that have been duplicated, appear blurry or altered in anyway• Food 4 Less stores will not accept competitors coupons• Food 4 Less does not accept internet competitor's coupons.• Coupons are to be accepted for their intended purpose and may not be accepted or exchanged for cash• Coupons cannot be purchased, sold or transferred• Customers are responsible for all sales tax and CRV

We do not accept the following coupons:

• Food 4 Less stores do not accept competitor's coupons.• Coupons that do not scan properly.• No cash back for coupons with a higher value than the items' purchase price.• Internet coupons that do not require a purchase, “Free”• Internet coupons with a redemption value exceeding $6.00• Food 4 Less stores do not accept electronic coupons.• No photocopied or visibly altered coupons• Food 4 Less stores will not accept checkout coupons

Food 4 Less reserves the right to deny any coupon at any time.

Does Food 4 Less accept credit cards?

Food 4 Less accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover at all locations.

Why does Food 4 Less not bag groceries?

In order to pass on every possible savings, Food 4 Less customers bag their own groceries.
